A clear agreement for custom work.

Image rights

By ordering, you confirm that you created the image or have permission to reproduce it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or private material without permission.

Crop and color

Your on-screen crop is the production guide. Displays vary, so printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on a phone or computer. A low-resolution warning means the finished print may look softer.

Custom product policy

Because each item is made for your image and crop, completed custom prints are final sale. A print that arrives damaged or is produced incorrectly will be remade at no additional charge.

Buy 3, get 1 free

For every 4 prints in the cart, the lowest-priced print is free. Photos and sizes may be mixed, and the offer repeats automatically for each complete group of 4. Free prints have no cash value.

Pickup

Orders are collected in the Silverado area. The exact pickup address and timing are sent after the order is ready. Uncollected orders may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

Cancellations

A cancellation may be accepted before production starts. Once printing begins, materials and payment-processing costs may no longer be recoverable.
