Your photos stay private.

Silverado Canvas Prints uses uploaded images only to prepare and fulfill the custom print order you request.

What we collect

We store your uploaded image, chosen crop, print specifications, name, email, phone number, payment status, and order total. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site.

How files are protected

Original and cropped files are kept in private storage. They are available only through the protected order-management area and are never published in a public gallery.

Deletion

Unpaid draft uploads are cleared after they expire. Completed order files can be permanently deleted from the order-management area when they are no longer needed for fulfillment or remake support.

Your choices

You can ask for your order files and associated contact details to be deleted after fulfillment. Payment records may be retained where required for accounting and tax purposes.
